Karolina Pelc is the Founder of HerPlay, an investor, author and prominent iGaming product leader. Over more than 20 years, she progressed from casino floors to senior roles at Betsson Group, William Hill Online and LeoVegas, later serving on the board of Gaming Innovation Group. In 2021, she founded BeyondPlay, raising more than €7 million before the multiplayer casino and jackpot technology company was acquired by FanDuel in 2024.
