David Natroshvili joins Robins, Weizer in SBC Hall of Fame class of 2026

SPRIBE founder David Natroshvili has been named to the 2026 SBC Hall of Fame, going in alongside DraftKings co-founder and CEO Jason Robins, Playtech CEO Mor Weizer, International Betting Integrity Association CEO Khalid Ali, and Gaming Laboratories International Vice President Karen Marcela Sierra-Hughes. The five will be inducted on Sept. 28 at the Palácio Estoril Hotel in Lisbon, one day before SBC Summit 2026 gets started.

Natroshvili started SPRIBE in August 2018 and launched Aviator in early 2019 through Georgian operator Adjarabet. The crash game went on to become SPRIBE’s flagship as the company pushed into regulated gambling markets, picking up UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority licenses in 2020. He still runs the supplier as it keeps building around Aviator and its wider portfolio of casino games.

Robins co-founded DraftKings in 2012 with Paul Liberman and Matt Kalish, back when the company was built around daily fantasy sports. DraftKings moved into regulated US sports betting once PASPA was repealed, launching its first online sportsbook in New Jersey in 2018, then went public in 2020 through its combination with Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp. and SBTech. Robins has stayed on as CEO and chairman throughout.

Playtech made Weizer CEO in May 2007, after he’d been running its Techplay Marketing subsidiary. His tenure covers nearly two decades of expansion and restructuring at one of the industry’s largest technology suppliers, including Playtech’s growth across sportsbook, casino, live casino, platform, and managed-service products. He worked at Oracle and PricewaterhouseCoopers before any of that.

Ali leads the International Betting Integrity Association, which now counts more than 90 member companies running over 200 gambling brands. IBIA puts those companies at more than $300 billion in annual betting turnover and roughly half the global regulated online betting market, with operators sharing account-level information through its monitoring system to spot suspicious betting and potential match manipulation.

Sierra-Hughes is Gaming Laboratories International’s Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean, and she oversees strategic partnerships in Spain as well. Her work covers relationships with regulators, lotteries, operators, and suppliers across the region, while GLI handles testing and certification for gambling machines, online games, systems, and platforms. She was also involved in GLI becoming the first testing laboratory accredited by the Lotería de Santa Fe in Argentina back in February.

SBC launched the Hall of Fame in 2016 as the Sports Betting Hall of Fame, and the 2026 class marks its tenth year. Earlier inductees include bet365 founder Denise Coates, Betfred founder Fred Done, Sportradar founder Carsten Koerl, Betsson founder Pontus Lindwall, BetVictor founder Victor Chandler, former 888 CEO John Anderson, bwin co-founder Norbert Teufelberger, and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. The 2025 class was Esmeralda Britton, Chad Millman, Scotty Schettler, and Shelley White.

SBC founder and CEO Rasmus Sojmark pointed to how much ground this year’s group covers, with the five spanning game development, sportsbook operations, gambling technology, betting integrity, and testing and regulation. Natroshvili is the casino supplier founder among them, Robins and Weizer come from two of the industry’s largest public gambling companies, and Ali and Sierra-Hughes have built their careers around the infrastructure that sits behind regulated betting.

The ceremony starts at 3:30pm on Sept. 28 during the SBC Leaders Summit, an invite-only event expected to host more than 500 C-level executives. SBC Summit and the Affiliate Leaders Summit follow from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1 at FIL and MEO Arena in Lisbon.
