Gamblitude and BETFAN expand data and AI partnership

Polish sportsbook operator BETFAN has signed an agreement to adopt Gamblitude’s full analytics and AI product suite, covering its data platform, predictive models, and automated monitoring tools. The partnership, announced Sept. 21, gives BETFAN a centralized system for analyzing player behavior, tracking business performance, and spotting changes in customer activity. Neither company disclosed financial terms or an implementation timeline.

BETFAN gets a dedicated data warehouse, self-service dashboards, reporting tools, and Gamblitude’s Insight Radar monitoring system. A conversational AI Agent comes with it, letting employees ask questions about company performance in natural language. Every department will work from shared definitions for key performance indicators, so marketing, product, and other teams can analyze the same underlying data without going back to technical staff for reports each time.

Gamblitude’s predictive models analyze customer activity to catch shifts in player behavior before conventional reporting picks them up. Those outputs can feed into customer segmentation, performance dashboards, and automated monitoring, which lets BETFAN watch current activity next to forecasts built from historical data. The agreement covers the supplier’s full product range rather than tying the operator to one analytics or reporting tool.

BETFAN vice president Jakub Świsłowski said the company wants to become Poland’s first second-choice sportsbook, aiming at customers who already have a preferred betting operator but will use another platform alongside it. After years of investing in marketing, BETFAN is putting more weight on product development and customer experience, he said, with the new data system meant to help its teams measure what product changes actually do and improve retention.

BETFAN brought in roughly PLN 491.2 million in revenue during 2025, up from PLN 460.9 million the year before, according to Polish company records. Net profit went the other way, falling from PLN 3.19 million to PLN 2.32 million. The Warsaw-based operator started in 2018 and holds a Polish online betting authorization that runs until October 2030.

Gamblitude has also widened its AI range this month with an Autonomous Agent, which can go through connected business data on its own and flag changes without waiting for an employee to ask anything. That sets it apart from the conversational AI Agent, which answers user queries, and from Insight Radar, which handles scheduled monitoring. Whether BETFAN will deploy the autonomous functionality as part of this agreement hasn’t been specified.

Gamblitude signed a separate partnership with Portuguese sportsbook and casino operator Spinandflix in May, supplying a centralized data warehouse, standardized performance metrics, and AI-assisted analysis across the business. It also partnered with Quantum Gaming in January to build its analytics and AI technology into Quantum’s modular iGaming platform, putting the tools in front of operators using that system.

Gamblitude CEO Wojtek Sznapka said pairing the analytics platform with predictive models lets BETFAN connect daily reporting to forecasts of customer behavior and business performance. The BETFAN employees who’ll actually use the system took part in choosing the technology, and the operator plans to keep building its own product and engineering capabilities alongside the external partnership.

Contract duration, implementation costs, and specific performance targets for the deployment all remain undisclosed. What the agreement gives BETFAN is access to Gamblitude’s integrated reporting, monitoring, and predictive analytics tools as it works on its sportsbook product and customer retention strategy in Poland.
