Gamblitude partners with Superbet Poland on AI and predictive analytics

Gamblitude partners with Superbet Poland on AI and predictive analytics

Superbet Poland has signed with Gamblitude for AI and predictive analytics technology, which the sportsbook plans to use for business decisions and analysis of player behaviour. The partnership only covers Superbet’s Polish operation, and neither the financial terms nor the length of the contract have been disclosed.

Superbet Poland CEO Łukasz Seweryniak said the operator wants AI and predictive analytics to improve both how it makes decisions internally and the experience customers get. Gamblitude builds its technology specifically around betting and gaming data, drawing on behavioural, transactional, and operational information to spot patterns and generate forward-looking signals instead of leaning solely on historical reporting.

Player value, churn, incentives, content recommendations, and player protection are all covered by Gamblitude’s predictive models. Each operator gets models trained on its own historical data rather than one generic model shared across customers, and the outputs are meant to flag shifts in player behaviour before standard KPIs pick them up. Which models Superbet Poland deploys first hasn’t been specified.

Superbet joins a growing group of Polish operators using Gamblitude. BETFAN signed in September for a much broader package covering a dedicated data warehouse, self-service analytics, automated monitoring, an AI Agent, and predictive models, as part of its push to become Poland’s first second-choice sportsbook for customers who already have a preferred operator. The Superbet announcement, by contrast, focuses on AI and predictive modelling and says nothing about the operator taking Gamblitude’s entire platform.

Gamblitude CEO Wojtek Sznapka pointed to Superbet’s technology capabilities as an important part of the partnership, noting that the operator already invests heavily in proprietary products and infrastructure. Gamblitude’s platform runs on a shared data model that can pull together sportsbook, casino, payment, bonus, and player information, and its predictive products can be used independently of the wider analytics platform depending on what an operator needs.

Superbet stays the consumer-facing brand in Poland after the wider group rebranded from Superbet Group to Super Technologies in December 2025. The parent company runs consumer businesses in Poland, Romania, Belgium, Serbia, and Brazil, and has increasingly framed technology development as central to its expansion. It has kept investing in its own engineering through 2026, including an agreement to acquire Romanian software developer Crafting Technologies and set up another technology hub in Cluj.

Poland is one of Superbet’s established European markets, built up through both its sportsbook and a large amount of sports sponsorship. Seweryniak still runs the Polish business, which has kept adding and extending football club partnerships through 2026, including a four-year extension with Lech Poznań running to 2030.

Gamblitude has been adding operator and technology partners all year while putting more AI tools into its platform. Quantum Gaming integrated Gamblitude’s analytics and AI technology into its modular iGaming platform in January, making the tools available to operators running on that system, and Portuguese sportsbook and casino operator Spinandflix signed in May for a centralized data warehouse, standardized performance metrics, and AI-assisted analysis. Identity technology provider Authologic has partnered with the company this year as well.

The Autonomous Agent that launched in September is the newest piece of that toolkit, designed to go through connected business data on its own and flag changes without waiting for an employee to ask. That separates it from Gamblitude’s conversational AI Agent, which answers user queries, and from Insight Radar, which runs scheduled monitoring. Superbet Poland now gives Gamblitude another large sportsbook client as it pushes predictive analytics alongside its existing data and business-intelligence products.
